On November 29 and 30 2022, it will take place the first of three workshops to introduce to Ecuador’s institutions some of our best practices for market transparency and development. These have been developed thanks to Our Italian Experience in disseminating Economic Information and promoting full use of the information production of the Italian Chambers of Commerce System, in terms of prices and rates starting with those of agri-food and fishery products.
Like Our Initiatives for an international economic system that is inclusive and sustainable, this workshop receives EU fundings which are, in particular, managed under the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX). This allowed us to make available BMTI expertise to start an exchange of information and initial technical assistance activities, at the benefit of Ecuador’s institutions, so to strengthen their capacity in the interventions supporting SMEs’ market access and competitivity.
